Strategizing for success

In a high paced world, with multiple messages bombarding people at every turn, how does your organization get its message out front and centre? You need a campaign that becomes a part of the daily routine of your target audience. This means having them read about you in the paper, hearing about you at work and knowing how to access your organization when needed.

So how do you accomplish this? Through a proactive communications strategy that includes marketing, media relations, community relations and web design – in a combination suited to your audience’s specific needs. To do this you must first have a clear understanding of who your target audience is, what their needs are and the most efficient tools to communicate to them.

For a small scale campaign, such as educating your current clients on your range of services, this could include a brochure, website or monthly newsletter. Larger initiatives, like the opening of a new business or launch of a new product or program, could require a detailed strategic plan that looks at the short and long term objectives.

By gaining a better understanding of your organization and its target audience(s) I can work with you to develop a strategic plan that will generate buzz and interest in your organization or its programs/services, while staying true to your budget. This means cutting through the weeds and getting to the heart of your message and how to best convey it to the public.
